    Been registered there for ten years, never had a problem. Docs and nurses are great. Reception staff are typical doctors receptionists. Do what's needed to ensure those who need to be seen are.

    I am giving this Surgery a 1 out of 5 for several reasons. 1. Firstly, my partner could not register with them, they kept deferring her and were patronising because she couldn't understand the accent over the phone. After 2 months of trying to register she ran out of essential medication and we were forced to change surgery. We got assistance straight away in the new surgery in a non patronising manner. 2. The Surgery is so busy that when you are ill and need same day care it is difficult to get seen. I am often referred to another clinic a long way away or don't get any service. 3. Lastly, if you want to make an appointment you will have to wait weeks! sometimes even over a month to be seen. I also feel the staff can be quite disrespectful and rude. I would strongly recommend registering at the next closest surgery.
