    Awful service, Took my PC in for testing to sale and it took 3 hours for them to tell me it’s £130 so I took it back and instantly spotted scratches were it’s been on their crappy little wooded bench. Pulled them on the matter they said we will send a email off nothing else was said and now the head office just told me the store said it wasn’t damaged in store even though two people checked it before hand ridiculous service

    I've always been a frequent customer of CeX, so I was happy to find there was a store when I moved to Plymouth. I have both bought and sold stuff here. To get an extra bit of money I wanted to trade in a camera lens, which I originally tried to trade in to a cash convertor store down the road. After thinking about it I found CeX were happy to give me a lot more money for my stuff. You can get even more money if you get store credit so in the end I got a solid amount which other stores wouldn't give me. Overall I'm very happy with the brand and the stores it runs. The only thing Id comment on is that ever staff member seems to have atleast one tattoo and five peircings so the presentation can be a bit intimidating.
